LIFEbeat will auction off two exclusive VIP box packages to the VMA FANDEMONIUM:A Concert to Benefit LIFEbeat which will take place on Saturday, September 8th at House of Blues in Las Vegas. 

The ultra-exclusive, once-in-a-liftetime VIP Packages up for auction will include:
